You'll be able to do the Open workouts in heats, with a judge, and pumped up with adrenaline from your gym family cheering you on! It is gonna be AWESOME!

WORKOUT 2/10/2017
LEVEL ONE
- 6x2 Push Jerk (lift every 2:00)
Then....
Complete the following for time:
5 rounds of:
- 40 Double Unders
- 10 Burpees
Rest 2 minutes, then....
- 30 Box Jump Overs (pick height)
*Score includes rest time. 14 minute time cap.
LEVEL TWO
- 4x10 Sumo Deadlift (55%-60% of 1 Rep Max)
Then....
OPEN WORKOUT 11.5
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 5 Power Cleans (M:145#/W:100#)
- 10 Toes to Bar
- 15 Wall Balls (M:20#-10'/W:14#-9')
