"I just want to share how much I love this Boot Camp! Coach Bella is great, knowledgeable, high energy, and cheerful even at 5:00am. Boot Camp is my time to focus on me and a great way to start my day of commuting, sedentary work, and chasing a toddler. It harnesses my stress and makes me feel great mind and body. I really appreciate the diverse knowledge and experience Coach Bella brings to her classes. Each class is different, challenging, and fun. I hate when the hour ends! I've lost 15 pounds and feel so much stronger and full of energy since starting. Others are friendly and competitive in a good way. Can't wait for the next session and hope to take Coach Christie's Saturday classes too!"
