If you have been doing CrossFit at another CrossFit gym, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (510-209-8990).
If you are new to CrossFit, the first thing we request (but is not necessary) is that you visit the gym and watch one of the classes. CrossFit The Sport (as seen on ESPN) is not the same as CrossFit The Strength & Conditioning Program (as performed at CrossFit of Fremont). It’s just like buying a car. You probably want to see it first before you even consider the next step.
If you like what you see, we encourage you to try our free Saturday Class. It’s not required, but it’s definitely a good idea before you commit to the next step. The free Saturday class you get a brief explanation about how we roll at CFoF and the trainer takes you through two short but challenging workouts.
If you are ready to commit to trying CrossFit, we first set you up with three introductory sessions. These sessions can be anywhere from one to three people at one time depending on trainer availability. The purpose of these sessions is to introduce you to the basic movements we use regularly at CrossFit of Fremont and give you a general idea of how we run a group session. The cost for the three introductory sessions is $150.
Once you complete your three introductory sessions, you are free to join our Level One classes. We currently only offer Level One classes on Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu at 5:30 – 6:30pm & 7:30 – 8:30 pm. There is also a Friday 6:00 – 7:00 pm class. Our Saturday 10:00 – 11:00 am class is for both Level One and Level Two.
There are no exceptions to new people having to participate in our Level One Program, so please do not ask.
