If you have been doing CrossFit at another CrossFit gym, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (510-648-9226).
If you are brand new to CrossFit then the first step is to call and schedule you a one on one appointment with one of our trainers. They will sit down with you and go over all of your goals and your workout history. From there we will be able to figure out the best path for you to take to be able to reach your goals. If you decide that you want to become part of our CrossFit of Fremont Family then we will get you set up with our FUNDAMENTALS program. This one-on-one course will prepare you to reach your highest possible level of fitness. 5-15 sessions are required for anyone who is new our methodologies. We will determine how many classes are needed during your first few sessions – however, this may change depending on your level of progress and comfort. The main goal of this program is to set you up for success within our CrossFit classes.
Once you complete your fundamentals program, you are free to join our Level One classes. We currently offer Level One classes on:
Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu at 5:30 – 6:30pm & 7:30 – 8:30 pm.
Mon/Weds/Fri at 6:00 am-7:00 am
Friday 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Our Saturday 10:00 – 11:00 am class is for both Level One and Level Two.
There are no exceptions to new people having to participate in our Level One Program, so please do not ask.
