WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?
We understand that CrossFit is not for everyone. More often than not, people who are interested in getting in better shape are starting from square one. Many have never taken part in any type of physical activity. For some who are very deconditioned or trying to deal with overweight issues, CrossFit can become too hard for a person to enjoy the training and stick with it consistently. Also, there are some people who just flat out don't have an interest in doing CrossFit, but they want to improve their fitness. We get it! Our answer is CrossFit of Fremont Boot Camp.
People who participate in our 6-week Boot Camp sessions join a group of other people enthusiastic about getting fit. Consistent participants in our Boot Camp program have lost body fat and dropped inches off their waistline. They have gained strength, endurance, and confidence. Basically, our Boot Camp trains you to not suck at life!
Participants in the Boot Camp Program are exposed to various types of training techniques such as HIIT, Tabata, Circuit, Obstacle Course, Kick Boxing, and Sports Drill. Sessions include strength and endurance training using bodyweight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sleds, combat ropes, jump ropes, medicine balls, boxes, and tires. Sessions include work to improve flexibility. Advice on nutrition is provided regularly. Any one who is willing to put in an effort can complete a Boot Camp training session. Boot Camp is a great option for people who want to finally get off the couch and make their life a little better through fitness. It's also a challenging program for people who have been some experience in training and want to try something different.
During each 6 week Boot Camp session, there is a CFoF Boot Camp 21 Day Nutrition Challenge. Participants in the challenge learn to better themselves by making the right nutritional choices. Each participant gets access to the CFoF Boot Camp 21 Day Challenge Facebook page. Daily advice, recipes, and updates on how participants are progressing are posted daily. There is no extra cost to join the CFoF Boot Camp 21 Day Nutrition Challenge
Each Boot Camp Session is six weeks long and offers a three-days-a-week membership or a four-days-a-week membership. If you want to try Boot Camp before committing to an entire session, you can show up at any session and purchase a “Drop-In” (one session) membership.
