Hey Crossfit of Fremont family, we have an amazing opportunity to become advised by one of ours, coach Alex Duff about taking a new outlook on health and fitness in the new year! He will be offering 30 mins of his time dedicated to us after Saturday's 10 am WOD to talk about utilizing the amazing body to sustain high performance, prevent injury, and heal faster!
Coach Alex has been coaching for almost a decade and has helped hundreds of athletes achieve their health and fitness goals. He has noticed through the years that consistency in taking care of the body is key to fitness. Through short, focused pre-hab and re-hab routines, nutrition tips you might not have guessed make an impact, and optimal nervous system function, athletes can go from constantly injured to constantly healthy in the gym.

This is a free event that will run for 30 minutes so come on time and learn some stuff and hang out with like minded individuals!
