We have 50 people signed up on our team for the CrossFit Open!! Some of the people on the team have been doing CrossFit for years, some of you only started a little over a month ago. All of you came in and worked your ass off and cheered for each other while doing it. Great start for this years Open, let's make this Friday Night Lights even louder this week. It will be the same format as last week. The 6 am and noon classes will be normal style classes and we will be running heats all night on Friday. 4 weeks left, let's do this!!
